Gunther was living with an actress who could no longer care for him because of her situation that was no fault of her own. She also recognized that he was not getting what he needed and deserved. by chance we met and by fate she ended up surrendering him to us!
Rosie was running feral for 3 months in Altoona PA at Rose Hill Cemetery. She had severe mange and a deformed dewclaw from a spring that was stuck around it for the 3 months. She still will shy away from human pets but quickly gives in once the pets start!!

Commodore came from a large 4h/fiber farm. Per his previous home he was a 15 thousand dollar alpaca due to his fleece. He was put in with adult male alpaca as a young cria (baby alpaca)
He kicks often still as a result of defending himself.
Commodore kicks when he is happy or sad or for any reason really! Just avoid his back end!!
Mischief was a 4h alpaca that had been long retired along with Alpine. You know him by his lovely teethy smile! He will be the first to be checking you out! Mischief and Alpine started fighting too often even though they previously lived together as well. Both are seniors but apparently think they are not!
Alpine is more shy than the rest. As he gets older he is more nervous. He and Mischief came together from the same farm. They started fighting this past year and needs to be separate, we found Alpine to be the instigator. We have successfully separated them but they can see each other still and it’s going well!!
Our sassy pekin duck Esmeralda! She was living with chickens and another duck being used for food. The chicken coop burned down and the people let the chickens perish leaving the ducks with no shelter too. Kind samaritans liberated her but unfortunately the other duck she was with had already disappeared
This duo was Purchased as babies by a butcher, raised to be killed and eaten. The butcher found himself having a change of heart and was going to be incarcerated for a period of time so he chose to surrender them. Cher has a neurological issue but is healthy otherwise. Sonny loves to watch over his girls! They bonded with Ezzie quickl.
These three ladies were going to be “tossed in the woods” because they stopped laying eggs. We definitely could not let that happen so we took them in and found that they had lice! After being treated they actually started to lay beautiful blue eggs. Unfortunately we found out that Winifred has cancer but we are keeping her happy and comfortable!
