511 Farm Sanctuary is a non-profit, 501(c)3 micro farm sanctuary located in Hunterdon County, NJ.
Our mission is to grow love and respect for animals through our dedication to rescuing, rehabilitating, and providing a forever home for abused, neglected, and unwanted farm animals
We educate visitors as to why living vegan makes you go from a lover of dogs and cat to a true lover of all animal. No sentient being should go through the pain and suffering that “farmed” animals do. Together we can make a difference… one animal at a time, one person at a time.
Your generosity allows us to protect and advocate for discarded/injured farm animals, while encouraging a vegan lifestyle for a better future.

We are dedicated to upholding vegan principles and lifestyle, as a testament to our respect for the rescued animals. Additionally, we seek to raise public awareness about the plight of farmed animals .

Come Volunteer!!
You don’t have to be vegan but you may want to be after you meet these amazing animal!
We are always looking for volunteers to help socialize, feed and clean up! The residents here require a lot of care and work so the more the merrier! You can come and put in as many hours as your schedule allows!
